One-to-one guidance

Tailored support for young people who need focused time and space

Overview

Our one-to-one sessions offer young people a safe, supportive environment to reflect, reset and grow.

This service is for young people facing specific challenges including those affected by violence, awaiting trial, or navigating learning or behavioural needs.

Sessions take place in schools or community settings and are shaped around the individual using movement, mindfulness and open conversation to meet each person where they are.

What we aim to achieve

We help young people feel seen, supported and more in control of their choices. Our goal is to provide space for growth and emotional safety at a time when it’s needed most.

Every session is adapted to the individual, with a focus on trust, empowerment and practical tools for change.

“On the way home, he started talking about the martial arts session — said it wasn’t that bad, and that it actually made him want to start kickboxing again.

I was blown away that in a few hours he had been motivated to pick up a sport I’d been trying to get him back into since he left 3 years ago.

The following week he spoke to his sensei on his own and got back to class that week.”

“The programme was the best, all the staff were amazing.

They go above and beyond for each child and can't thank them enough for saving my boy.”
